Current prices
The prices vary from 25 to 48 euros per night and person, depending on the season and type of room. For breakfast we charge 7,40 to 10,00 euros. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Additional information
1) The rooms are at your disposal from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival and should be left by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.
2) Laundry and towels are included in the price. Daily cleaning, usage of the washing machine and similar services are charged for separately.
3) We fix your booking as soon as we have received your funds on our account. You should see to that at the latest 4 weeks before your arrival. The amount of the required prepayment is one third of the total price, except when otherwise stipulated.
4) Certainly it can happen that you cannot start on the booked journey. In that case we ask you to inform us as soon as possible, at the latest 4 weeks before your originally fixed arrival. We will certainly try to let the rooms otherwise, however, if we don’t succeed in that because of your informing us too late, we reserve the right to charge you for three days or withhold the same amount from your prepayment.
5) Should you arrive late or depart early, we are afraid we have to charge you for the missed days, for three days at the most, however.
6) We are sorry we can’t accept credit cards for technical reasons.
7) Pets may be brought by arrangement only.+ 5,00 Euro/night
8) Inside our house smoking is forbidden.
Aktuelle Preise
Die Preise variieren je nach Zimmertyp und Saisonszeiten zwischen 25,00 und 48,00 Euro /Person, für das Frühstück berechnen wir 7,40 bis 10,00 Euro. Alle Preise beinhalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertssteuer.
Info
1) die Räume stehen am Anreisetag ab 16.00 Uhr zu Ihrer Verfügung und sollten am Abreisetag bis 9.00 Uhr verlassen werden.
2) Wäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen, tägliche Reinigung, Benützung der Waschmaschine und ähnliches werden nach Absprache zusätzlich berechnet.
3) Ihre Buchung registrieren wir, sobald wir den Eingang Ihrer überwiesenen Anzahlung verzeichnet haben. Dies sollte spätestens 4 Wochen vor Reiseantritt erfolgen. Die Höhe der Anzahlung beträgt, wenn nicht anders vereinbart, ein Drittel der Gesamtsumme.
4) Natürlich kann es auch passieren, dass Sie die gebuchte Reise nicht antreten können. In diesem Fall möchten wir Sie darum bitten, uns dies so früh wie möglich mitzuteilen, mindestens 4 Wochen vor Reiseantritt. Wir versuchen natürlich das Zimmer bzw. Apartment anderweitig zu vermieten, falls uns dies aber wegen verspäteter Mitteilung über Nichtantritt der Reise nicht gelingt, behalten wir uns vor, drei Tage in Rechnung zu stellen bzw. von der Anzahlung einzubehalten.
5) Bei verfrühter Abreise bzw. verspäteter Ankunft müssen wir leider die gebuchten Tage berechnen, jedoch nicht mehr als drei Tage.
6) Kreditkarten können wir aus technischen Gründen nicht akzeptieren.
7) Haustiere dürfen nur nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter mitgebracht werden, Aufpreis für Hunde 5,00 Euro am Tag.
8) In den Räumlichkeiten unseres Hauses ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet.

A seconda del tipo di stanza e periodo di stagione i prezzi variano da 25,00 ai 48,00 Euro a persona al giorno, per la prima colazione mettiamo in conto dai7,40 ai 10,00 euro.
Tutti i prezzi sono IVA inclusa.
Le vostre stanze sono pronte alle 16.00 il giorno di arrivo. Siete pregati di lasciare le stanze entro le ore 9.00 il giorno di partenza.
La biancheria e gli asciugamani sono inclusi nel prezzo, pulizia quotidiana, l’uso della lavatrice e altri servizi vengono messi in conto previo accordo.
Fissiamo la vostra prenotazione quando abbiamo registrato il bonifico della caparra da versare entro 4 settimane prima del vostro arrivo.
Se non convenuto diversamente, l’importo della caparra ammonta a un terzo del prezzo complessivo.
Chiaramente può capitare che dovete annullare il vostro viaggio. In quel caso vi preghiamo di contattarci il più presto possibile, preferibilmente entro 4 settimane prima del previsto giorno d’arrivo.
Proveremo certamente a riaffittare le camere, se tuttavia non dovessimo riuscirci ci riserviamo di mettere in conto, o trattenere dalla caparra, il prezzo di tre giorni.
In caso di partenza precoce o arrivo attardato siamo spiacenti di dover mettere in conto i giorni mancati, però non più di tre giorni.
Per ragioni tecniche non possiamo accettare carte di credito. Gli animali domestici possono essere portati solamente previo accordo.Costo per il cane +5,00 Euro/notte
