Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass ausschließlich die bei der Buchung angemeldeten Gäste bei uns willkommen sind. Unser Hof, die Ferienwohnungen und Doppelbettzimmer stehen nur den gemeldeten Personen zur Verfügung. Besuche von Freunden, Familie oder weiteren, nicht angemeldeten Personen sind nicht gestattet - weder tagsüber noch über Nacht. Auch spontane Besuche oder „kurzes Vorbeischauen“ sind nicht erwünscht. Diese Regelung ist uns wichtig, um allen Gästen eine entspannte, sichere und ruhige Urlaubsatmosphäre zu ermöglichen. Unser Bauernhof ist ein Rückzugsort und kein Treffpunkt für größere Gruppen oder Besucherverkehr.

Vi preghiamo di comprendere che solo gli ospiti registrati al momento della prenotazione sono i benvenuti da noi. La nostra fattoria, gli appartamenti vacanze e le camere matrimoniali sono riservati esclusivamente alle persone segnalate. Non sono ammessi visite di amici, familiari o altre persone non registrate – né durante il giorno né per la notte. Anche le visite brevi o improvvisate non sono desiderate. Questa regola è importante per garantire a tutti un soggiorno tranquillo, sicuro e rilassante. La nostra è una fattoria per riposarsi, non un luogo di ritrovo per gruppi o visite esterne.

Please understand that only the guests registered at the time of booking are welcome here. Our farm, the holiday apartments and double rooms are available exclusively for the listed guests. Visits from friends, family, or any unregistered persons are not allowed – not during the day and not overnight. Even short or spontaneous visits are not desired. This policy ensures a peaceful, safe, and relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Our farm is a place to unwind and not a meeting point for groups or outside visitors.

Wichtiger Hinweis zu Allergien
Auf unserem Bauernhof leben Hunde, Katzen, Pferde, Esel, Kühe, Ziegen, Schafe, Bienen und verschiedene Vögel. Über das gesamte Gelände verteilen sich Sträucher, Blumen und im Sommer liegt Heu. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir keine Haftung für allergische Reaktionen übernehmen können. Jeder Gast ist selbst verantwortlich, seine individuellen Allergien zu berücksichtigen. Insbesondere Schwangere bitten wir, diese Umstände bei der Buchung und während des Aufenthalts zu bedenken.

Der einzige Service, den wir anbieten können, ist die Bereitstellung von Einwegbettwäsche und Handtüchern.

Avviso importante sulle allergie
Nella nostra fattoria vivono cani, gatti, cavalli, asini, mucche, capre, pecore, api e diversi volatili. Arbusti e fiori sono distribuiti in tutto il terreno, e durante l’estate è presente il fieno. Vi preghiamo di notare che non possiamo assumere responsabilità per reazioni allergiche. Ogni ospite è responsabile di considerare le proprie allergie personali. In particolare, chiediamo alle donne in gravidanza di tener conto di queste condizioni al momento della prenotazione e durante il soggiorno.

L’unico servizio che offriamo è la fornitura di biancheria usa e getta e asciugamani.

Important Allergy Notice
On our farm live dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, cows, goats, sheep, bees, and various poultry. Shrubs and flowers are spread throughout the grounds, and hay is present during the summer. Please note that we cannot assume liability for allergic reactions. Each guest is responsible for considering their individual allergies. Especially pregnant guests are kindly asked to take these conditions into account when booking and during their stay.

The only service we offer is disposable bedding and towels.
