The apartment accommodates up to four people. A large double bed (180×200 cm) and a French bed (140×200 cm) provide enough sleeping space for parents and children. A spacious dining table invites you to shared meals, and of course, TV and free Wi-Fi are available.

The compact kitchenette is fully equipped and ideal for everyday use: pots, pans, coffee maker, moka pot, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, cutting boards, hand mixer, and immersion blender are available, as well as salt, pepper, dish soap, sponge, and towels.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet, sink with cabinet, towel warmer, and a large mirror. Towels and toilet paper are naturally included.

From the balcony, you can enjoy views of green meadows surrounded by forests, with sights of the Mitterberg fortress and the Helm. In spring and autumn, you can often observe our animals grazing there – a genuine piece of farm life right at the doorstep.
