Whether in our cozy breakfast room or in the privacy of your apartment, your day begins with great taste. We offer breakfast year-round, prepared with fresh, local, and homemade ingredients. Guests staying in our apartments can enjoy daily breakfast baskets. You can choose between the hearty Farmer’s Breakfast, the energy-packed Sports Breakfast, or the light Italian Breakfast – just the way you like it. Guests staying in our rooms enjoy breakfast in the breakfast room. Here too, you can choose between the three options. Everything is freshly prepared, and we’re happy to accommodate your wishes.

Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or intolerances. We’ll do our best to offer suitable alternatives – last-minute changes to breakfast baskets may not be possible.

Farmhouse Breakfast Deluxe

Hearty, regional, and extra satisfying – our Farmhouse Breakfast Deluxe is perfect for those who love a generous morning spread. It includes two soft-boiled eggs, homemade jam, South Tyrolean speck and Kaminwurze, milk, a selection of cheese, honey, fresh bread, a pot of coffee or tea, and apple juice.

Athlete’s Breakfast

Light, protein-rich, and full of energy – ideal for an active start to the day. This basket includes four scrambled eggs, Skyr, fresh or dried fruit (depending on the season), oats, nuts, honey, a quark spread, bread, a pot of coffee or tea, and milk.

Sweet, light, and unmistakably Italian – with fresh croissants, butter, jam, homemade cake, a moka pot of coffee, milk, and apple juice. A perfect start to a relaxed morning.

For our breakfast, we focus on quality, origin, and honest flavour. Many of the items come straight from our own farm or are lovingly homemade: eggs, jams, speck, Kaminwurze, honey, fruit, teas, and our homemade cakes.

We also work with selected regional partners:

– Dairy products come from Sexten Dairy, Mila, and the Sterzing Dairy
– Apple juice is sourced from the Weissenhof farm
– Oats and nuts are supplied by Meraner Mühle
– Bread is provided by Back Magic
– Our coffee is classic Italian, from the traditional brand Bristot
